Not a bad way to start this weekend if you ask me….If you’re a big fan of 1920s like me, you’re gonna love today post! Today, we are featuring the absolutely beautiful pre wedding inspired by iconic eras the Roaring Twenties. I can almost hear the jazz band playing and the champagne bottles pop? Well, it’s basically my heaven. It’s theme pre wedding done oh-so-well, this couple is without a doubt one of the most stylish couples to EVER grace our pages. From the bride…Our photo shooting – is a pre-wedding. We decided to have this photo shoot, as soon as we decided to get married. We wanted it to be not ordinary, but very special and very ours, what we like. We already had a concept and style of our wedding and according to that we made a pre-wedding photo shoot. Our concept was an “influence of America of 20’s”, we wanted our photo shoot to look like a movie of this years. For me I have chosen a dress in a grayish-blue kind of a color, and for my man we have chosen a tweed pants and a jumper. Also, we wanted to have kind of a centerpiece in our shooting – and we have chosen a retro car of 20’s. It perfectly fitted the way we wanted to see it!
Concept:
It actually all started with a wedding dress. When we just started to plan our wedding, me and my wedding planner were looking through different ways of how our wedding would look like. I didn’t really know what exactly I want, that’s why it was kind of difficult to find a right solution. But one day we looked through some magazines and we saw a dress – a perfect dress for my wedding! It was a silverish- blue and was so perfect for autumn and for my type! So I went to the store to look for the material and I found just a perfect one! Then I found shoes that perfectly fitted for this dress! So, according to all of that our wedding planner started to look for different variations of a wedding. We decided to stop at our very own “America of it 20’s” way.
About the day:
As I said it was an autumn – a September, so I was worried if it will be raining or just cold. But all went perfectly! Our photographer chose a place for our shooting – in a park with a lot of trees, that started to become gold, red, yellow. It was very beautiful! Actually, all the shooting was in the car, next to the car, in front of the car 😁 but that was it! It was a perfect way for our shooting! We just lived it! And I got a feeling that Im really in the movie, where all ladies walking around wearing nice dresses, a lot of accessories with a nice hair done, and gentleman with a cigars, driving nice cars in a tweed trousers. I did get this feeling! It was just what I wanted and what I like a lot! We had a much fun this day! Now we have a lot of nice pictures of us! Btw, all pictures were made on a film camera, which gave our shooting a lot more of this old American movie feeling
