In making the preparations for a wedding, every aspect of the wedding, from the flowers to the ribbons revolves under a central theme. Normally, the most prominent of all the elements of the wedding theme is the specific wedding colour scheme. What are the things that need to be considered in choosing the perfect color for your wedding? For today I’d love to create a rustic + glam wedding and have a wedding ceremony in the garden. The first thing that needs to be considered in choosing a wedding colour scheme. I chose earthy colours : platinum + gray + silver + slate gray for palette. Since I decided to create glam & rustic I wouldn’t go for pink because it is too feminine.
In the palette the bride wore a Hayley Paige dress that was made to move. Bridemaids were dressed in perfectly neutral shades of grey and pale blue mismatched dresses and all held natural cream bouquets, photographed by Lauren Peele. As soon as you have chosen your preferred wedding color, it would be best to make sure that every tiny detail in your wedding will be able to follow your theme. Make sure that the wedding entourage has dresses of that specific colours and the caterer has cloth for tables and chairs that match it, too.
